Lorraine Pilkington

 

Originaire de Dublin, Lorraine Pilkington démarre au cinéma

en apparaissant brièvement dans L'étrangère, du vétéran Neil

Jordan. Après quelques petits rôles, dont celui de la jeune

mariée au début de The boxer, et un plus important dans la

comédie romantique Last of the High Kings, au générique de

laquelle figurait également Christina Ricci, la jeune

comédienne décroche un des rôles principaux du Neveu,

produit par Pierce Brosnan. Pourtant, c'est avec la télévision

qu'elle se fait remarquer, notamment avec son personnage

d'institutrice dans la série écossaise "Monarchy of the Glen".

Lorraine a également joué dans la mini-série "Four Feathers" et

tient avec le personnage de Lulu dans Human traffic son plus

grand rôle.
